Sponge Cake

Hy guys...

          Welcome back in my blog, still like the previous days guys this time I will tell of my activities during practice today. Do not be bored yes read my blog.


       Today we will make a birthday cake guys but before that we will make sour dough. After the sour dough was finished, we instantly create a sponge cake that will be in the garnish into a birthday cake.


The learning process at the point by one of our chefs.

           Make a birthday cake it easy guys but a little bit complicated because we will need some materials. Okk guys to make a birthday cake, the first I done was to prepare all the materials that I will use. After all who, I immediately made the cake.


     After everything is complete we immediately clean all the work area that we use for practice. After that we are doing general cleaning before we go home.
