          Hy good people, Today is a special day for my campus Polytechnic Tourism Makassar Because right on 18 September 2018, mh campus recurring years to 27. Because our campus birthday, so today we make Nasi tumpeng very cool according to me because there are 8 color that we make represent each of the color of the study program Faculty.



      Today we for not too much guys, because of everything we have prepare one day before. Today we are just plating nasi tumpeng and gave garnis interesting.



        One day before work we quite heavy guys because we have to stay at the campus for the sake of completing the making this nasi tumpeng and that there is a very impressive for me for the practice in the kitchen.


This is Nasi tumpeng already finished we  are made and have been given garnish

And this is the process of plating and garnish nasi tumpengnya guys.

          At all the nasi tumpeng finished, we were told to rest and sleep for a minute. Today we’re not doing the general cleaning because our junior will do general cleaning. Before we go home we were told to breakfast for the same our lecturer..

        "Last I want to say Happy birthday for Poltekpar Makassar, hopefully are good and forward again the future, hopefully can produce HR quality and able to compete. Hopefully the campus we could compete with the tourism campus is in indonesia and international ...”
