Puff Pastry

Hello guys...

            Wecome back  in my blog, today is my last day of practice this week because next week we go to class theory again guys. This time I'm going to tell my daily life in the kitchen guys, starting from the morning until the return home. 

          Okk this time we will be divided in groups to make products today. there are 8 groups that will make the product different. Me and my group I will make puff pastry.

          After the finished puff pastry we made, we continued making bread from sour dough that we have made before. And by the time the toast selection is made, we clean all areas of the kitchen that we use today.
